A Place in my Heart was actually shot in Hacheston, near Ipswich (UK) in October of 1993 but languished on a Steenbeck (film editing machine) for over a decade before being completed. It was shot on 16mm film stock and it was only when the film was transferred to digital tape and the edit switched to Apple’s Final Cut Pro that the project made its weary way to completion.
The film details can be found on IMDB page.
